On Monday I have finaly started walking. The weather was cloudy but still warm. At 7 am sharp the stop watch was set and I was on my way.
It took my 45 minutes along the river Limmat to get to Zurich main station. But for once I went further along the canal to the lake. Beside the birds (see Vögel – birds) I also saw a mouse, fish and a snail. It was a lovely walk through the nature parts of a big city.
This first stretch was around 6 km, took me less than 1h 30min and ended in Zurich Enge from where I will start next time.
